Technical Skills: In vitro skills: mammalian cell culture, NK/T/PBMCs cell culture, retroviral vector development, viral production, tittering, transduction and nucleic acid transfection, molecular cloning, CAR-NK and CAR-T co-culture killing assay (incucyte), 3D spheroid assay (incucyte), stable cell line generation using retroviral, CRISPR-Cas gene editing systems and delivery technology • proficient in multi-parameter flow cytometry (panel design, sample acquisition, data analysis), PCR & real time-PCR, RNA/ChIP-sequencing, ChIP , IP, SDS PAGE-western blotting, immunofluorescence, agarose gel electrophoresis, RNA interference (siRNA)-transient and stable knockdown or overexpression of genes, ELISA, confocal-zeiss microscope, fluorescence microscope In vivo skills: animal models with immunology/immuno-oncology orthotopic, syngeneic, xenograft and administration of cells/therapeutics by subcutaneous, intratumoral, i.p. and i.v. injection.
