I began to appreciate and develop a passion for preserving the resources I had grown to love. Around the same time in my childhood, I could be found helping my father stack seed bags in the warehouse of his seed agency. I quickly began to become equally as passionate about our farming culture and economy. These two passions led me to my first career directly after college. At ESE, I utilized my engineering background and project management skills to design water management systems for farms. These systems promoted land stewardship by enhancing water quality benefits as well as maximizing ROI for farms by taking control of their most valuable resource, water. Although I enjoyed my work, I strived to work more closely industry professionals. I have always been a strong communicator and rooted in relationship-building. In my role at Granular, I was able to exemplify those qualities while learning and performing many more from renewal management to negotiations. I've been fortunate to be a part of a well established, high performing Customer Success team that was crucial to Granular's success as a SaaS company. In my current role, I support our customers in utilizing our universal machine data API system. Getting to work with with some of the nation's largest and most influential companies in agriculture has been humbling. I have continued to achieve negative churn every quarter by utilizing proactive engagement that leads to productive, strategic conversations. Through this, I have exceeded retention targets through showing value in API systems. I look forward to the opportunity to connect!
