I am a qualified coach and have helped project and change management professionals, entrepreneurs and students reach their goals. After managing large strategic and transformation programmes in the consulting, banking and technology industries all over the world, I no longer enjoyed my work. I didn’t know where to go next. It chipped away my confidence. The long hours led me to burn out. I lay awake almost every night at 3 am frustrated and worried about what would happen if I didn't make a change. I worked with a coach to help me overcome this, and it was so life-changing that I studied a Professional Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring. I discovered that 75% of people have experienced burnout in their lives. I enjoyed managing people, their careers and their wellbeing, and I felt moved to something to support the project and change management community. And so, Dagda Coaching was born. I am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a design thinking expert, an innovation workshop facilitator and a lecturer for MSC management students. I am originally from Cork in the Republic of Ireland, and live in south-east London with my partner and our miniature dachshund.
