I started as a telephone sales agent 6 years ago where I quickly progressed to a Sales Manager position leading on to a position in the same company as the General Manager. I held that position for 5 years and at the company's peak I contributed to an annual turnover of £5 Million. Since taking the reigns of the HR department throughout 2010 I have drastically expanded the number of sales staff at Scarlet Comms. Looking forward into 2011 I have many aims and goals which I have set myself and am determined to achieve in terms of recruitment and the growth of Scarlet Comms.
