As part of this journey my team developed not just the backend solution, but mobile clients (iPhone, Android, Windows Phone) as well. As a Director of R&D I'm responsible not just for leading R&D efforts in Cellum, but I take part of the patenting process and as technical advisor in the pre-sale process, too. Where I help understand our partners' demands, translate business requirements to IT deliverables and work out new solutions. I’m co-inventor of several patents on Mobile payment and MotionQR. I had several Microsoft Certified Professional exams (17) and different titles (MCP, MCSA, MCSE, MCSE with Security). I passed ITIL exam, and when I felt that my knowledge is too IT specific I made MBA. During my career I worked for and with startups, small and medium companies, but I have experiences with multinational companies as well. I’m always looking for challenges, where I can not only utilize my experiences (HR, Team leading, Project management, Security, Payment, Enterprise and Mobile application development, System operation, etc.), but can study and meet with new people and cultures.
