My interest and passion is in exploring progressive educational opportunities for students of all ages and ability levels towards empowerment, excellence and healing. I thoroughly enjoy training professionals in the education and therapy fields, especially with Educational Kinesiology (movement based as in the Brain Gym model). I believe in addressing the individual's needs and potential as a whole, rather than addressing fragments of the whole person. This belief applies to the way I address students, their families, and staff. There is no doubt the success of each individual is highly connected to the "team members" in their environment- family, friends and others. Work in isolation may only provide temporary solutions but using an inclusive perspective will deepen the impact of interventions. I find science, movement and music as engaging forces in my private and professional life. My interest in the past few years is in the areas of professional development for therapists and school personnel. I also enjoy incorporating my knowledge in human behavior in entrepreneurial endeavors. By applying theoretical knowledge to reality we anchor authentically what we learn.
