Long term strategic planning for investment on Site and warehousing. -Focus on Employee development, growth, and retention. Certifications: CSCP Certified Supply chain Professional, Project Management, Managing Safely IOSH-UK, TPM - Autonomous Maintenance, Value Stream Mapping, Production planning / Capacity planning, statistical process control, SAP R/3 PP / MM Functional Expert SAP R/3 PP & MM, OEE Overall equipment effectiveness, Lean manufacturing, Social ethics.
