As for my experience in the MENA region, I have also worked as a Regional Customer Service Manager at Majid Al Futtaim Properties– MAF shopping centers where my role was to oversee the customer service departments for MAF centers across the Northern Emirates cluster, Bahrain & Oman to achieve standardization in performance protocols, training, policies & procedures to enhance the customer experience and build a culture of absolute 5 star service level at all times. I have also expanded to the public sector as a Consultant in the UAE 7-Stars Program for Excellence where my role was to provide consultation services and guidance to government entities to assist them in becoming eligible to enroll in the program by performing classification and process assessment according to Dubai Excellence Model.
