I'm comfortable going from a technical group or meeting and turning around and explaining the information so anyone can understand. I focus on pushing my peers and employees to be the best they can be, and continually look for ways to grow the entire team. My focus on community is important to me. This is done through a combination of industry and product knowledge, regulatory understanding, and truly listening to the customer.
