This includes acting as in-house legal counsel on secondment to a leading alternative investments firm. I have also been involved in a broad range of other transactions on behalf of funds and asset managers, including providing commercially-driven advice and analysis in connection with joint venture agreements, purchase and sales agreements, co-investment documents, consulting agreements, credit facility agreements, guarantees, nondisclosure agreements, term sheets and other commercial contracts with placement agents, administrators, lenders and other counterparties.
