So, here is my take on selling and about me in 3 paragraphs. 1. It is about the bottom line, and how we can stay in business. I am an entrepreneur that currently has a business and had one other business in the past. I am an intrapreneur in that while working for Humana I always had a mindset of how can we build strategic relationships, a client base, and make a profit? When I worked as Marketing Consultant, at CenterWell formerly known as Partners in Primary Care I was top producer in growing the new senior focused clinics from 0 to 3,000 patients in 18 months of start-up. Without successfully knowing how to do market research, analyze the trends of the senior market, using data and analytics, growth initiatives and community and client relationships, as well as knowing how to close the selling window this would not have been possible. 2. New Market development came into play while working as a Dual Eligible Special Needs Community Manager. I built a team of 20 brokers and independent Medicare agents in the state of Missouri that I developed, trained, and educated them on how to grow not only their Medicare sales, but their market territory. Through mentorship, education, and training, building relationships and market presence their sales went from 70% to 82% in 9 months. 3. Lastly, I do not believe in selling to you. I believe in sharing and telling you the value. Helping you get to the goals and outcomes you desire. What is the problem we need to solve, now let us plan a strategy of how to solve that problem and provide a solution. Let us take my time as Population Health Strategy Lead on the Health Equity and Social Impact team or when I oversaw the American Heart Association Heart Walk campaign as a board member and raised over 25,000. My goal in each role, be that a company role or volunteer role, was for me to convey the value and purpose of why we wanted to build, partner, grow and achieve not only profit, but life-long continual profitable growth and partnership. My success has come from creating value, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, leading with the end in mind, using tools and processes, strategic planning and execution, and building teams.
