She also heads up the Yolandi Schoeman Centre for Innovation where she specifically focuses on creating entrepreneurial ecosystems and empowering micro-enterprises through the Baopod initiative. Yolandi is also the founder of two prominent ecological engineering companies, Baoberry and The Bioexplorer. Yolandi is a registered Professional Natural Scientist and Environmental Assessment Practitioner. She also obtained her Professional Land Rehabilitation Specialist accreditation in 2022.
