He has been a Chief Investigator of many studies including ICF funded Procalcitonin guided antibiotic rational decision making in the ICU concluded and published in the AJRCCM. His qualifications include PhD from the University of New south Wales, Master of Executive Business Administration (EMBA) and a Graduate Diploma of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD). His past roles include the Chair NSW CICM Regional Committee, the PRICE ANZICS committee, Director at the ANZICS Board and Chairman Intensive Care Foundation.
