In this role, I managed multiple new projects from initiation to plant transfer, including budget responsibility, while supervising a team of engineers and engineering leaders. Currently, my focus is on managing the Industrial Engineering team, including recruitment and mentoring, and supporting the digitalization of production monitoring. I provide Lean training for the entire BWI Group in Europe and occasionally in North America. I am also involved in manufacturing plant operating systems, implementing new projects with my team, and emphasizing technical problem-solving related to workplace organization. Throughout my career, I have honed various skills, including recruitment, production planning, leadership, process improvement, engineering, Lean Six Sigma methodology, project management, employee training, and Six Sigma.
