Currently, I am working for DS Technologies as their SETA Team Lead to test and integrate new technology into our customer's capability mix. Most recently, I have worked with BAE Systems testing, designing, and delivering ISR solutions to military customers. This work involved day-to-day engagement with engineers during development stages, the customer during the calibration of client aircraft, and government leads during the Acceptance and Testing phases. Prior to working for BAE Systems, I was involved in the progression of Airborne Cryptologic Certification Training (ACCT) from initial inception of the program to its development into a center of excellence providing theater-level consumers with highly qualified tactical systems ISR operators. I have supervised development and revision of numerous technology courses and prepared appropriate training catalogs including instructor materials and training aids and am known for ensuring high-quality, client-requested deliverables are created on-time, within scope, while constantly driving to improve existing processes. Prior to my work with ACCT, I worked closely with Air Force leadership to assist in the creation of Project Liberty, including planning, performing, and conducting day-to-day operational functions associated with the mission.
