My experiences have lead me to specialize in preopening and renovations. I take pride in building a talented team of skilled engineers to maintain and protect large assets. I enjoy creating strategies that enhance productivity or capitalize on short term ROI’s. I choose to lead and motivate by example. On days I don’t have EC or pre-cons you may find me knee deep helping my engineers complete a project. I will always remember where I came from and how important it is to have a positive reinforcement management style. I realize not only do our guests want to feel appreciated but employees do too. I have met and learned from a lot of people over the years and will do my best to pass on the knowledge. Outside of supporting the day to day hotel operations team, every building has its own unique characteristics. I have cared for some with pneumatic controls and others with state of the art EMS or BAS. From buildings with copper roof system to basement crawl pipe chases. I have maintained steam heating systems to water cooled refrigeration systems but technology is always rapidly changing with new concepts so, learning and experiencing new thing will never allow my career to go stagnate. I love what I do...
