I will be officially retired from the USAF on October 1, 2022. In my career field, I've worked with all types of plumbing, fire systems, water treatment, backflow devices and some fuel systems. I have been a supervisor since 2007 and I have led up to 35 members in my section and I have been a operations superintendent overseeing 250 members. I have also been selected to manage my units training program and safety program for over 400 members. I was also selected to set up the Air Forces first ever requirements and optimization section. I was the base facilities asset management plan manager programming projects anywhere from a few thousand dollars to over ten million dollars. I was responsible to prioritize facility projects for over 350 buildings. During my leadership roles in my career, I have been a project manager multiple times. I am currently the commanders support superintendent and run 25 programs that my commander is responsible for. The programs ensure we follow Air Force Instructions and procedures for 183 members. My biggest passion is being a leader that leads from the front and creates a efficient work atmosphere that my subordinates are passionate to work for.
