Know and execute company Continuous Behavior Observation (CBO) standards. • Perform work in accordance with Code of Ethics and Standards of Business Conduct • Accountable for financial success by managing expenses, finding Growth on Existing work, finding cost savings for the customer, and meeting Key Performance Indicators. • Ready to fill in for Site Managers in their absence plus on back shift and weekends during high work demands. • Ability to travel across the entire nuclear fleet (North and South Carolina) with short to no notice. • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills to work with craft, supervisors, management, customer job sponsors and customer management.
