During the years I've been working on: - prevention of optics contamination as design engineer - Vacuum and H2 gas system of first generation (ADT) EUV machine as design engineer and integrator - backfill gas of E-clamps as lead engineer and architect - E-clamps as integrator - Vacuum system of EUV machines (NXE3100 and NXE3300) as integrator and team lead. - Project manager in Euv source - Architect in source availability boost team - Project manager of Euv scanner vacuum system projects As of 2018 I started officially my agile journey by being part of the team that started the scrum and later SAFe pilot in multidisciplinary environment of FC57 DUV. The first year as scrum master of two teams sharing the agile mindset and making our work more transparent and predictable. After one year doing this with a lot of enthusiasm, I felt I could contribute even more and would playing even more to my strengths by being part of this train as product owner and I made the switch. This gives me even more proudness of the work we do as train.
