Currently, I am building an interpretable model that is able to trace both the learning and predicting process where a user is able to understand, appreciate, and TRUST the model that was built and be answerable to any queries on the operational processes. In order to be interpretable in the form of a rule-list, the crucial consideration is to reduce the number of features that are used. Therefore exploration of feature selection was also a part of the work I am currently doing. Prior to this, my research area was in Multi-agent reinforcement learning to develop a hierarchical command and control model. I was employed as a Bio-informatician in Genome Institute of Singapore (A*STAR) for a year working on analyzing sequence data prior to my graduate studies.
