Ensures cleanliness of desk and lobby area • Performs duties at the Front Desk, such as check-ins and checkouts on a regular basis, with heavy emphasis on the peak times and ensuring checklists are completed on every shift. • Informs Housekeeping of necessary information relating to rooms forecast, occupancy, checkouts, traces, etc. • Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by Management • Takes ownership of any and all issues brought forth to you as a leader • Self motivate and motivate the team • Remain on property until another leader relieves you from duty • Gain full understanding of the Choice Advantage Property Management System • Maintains an exceptional level of Professionalism by leading as example
