I completed a years fulltime work as an accountancy junior at local firm McCullochs (now BDO Spicers), and stayed with this company right through my university years working on during the holidays. An excellent grounding in the fundamentals of accounting was learned during this time. At Massey University I successfully completed a Bachelor of Business studies majoring in Accounting, and also a further years study added a major of Property. Always having a passion for property having completed several small commercial developments with my brothers I decided to embark on a career in Real Estate instead of accounting. Specializing in Rural Sales I enjoyed four years helping secure record sales for dairy, and horticulture properties throughout the Bay of Plenty region. A move back to my hometown of Gisborne was completed in 2009 staying within the same family owned franchise and now look forward to offering the same high level of service to my clients over here. Not to let geography get in the way I have completed transactions in a variety of locations within NZ and with my large database of overseas purchasers looking for large scale NZ rural property I welcome enquiry from prospective sellers anywhere within NZ.
