Currently, I work as an SHRO for Nova Credit Limited, a credit reference agency in Hong Kong. I would describe myself as an HR generalist and I would like to explore more of the HR functions before specializing in a specific HR area. My ideal workplace is one where the employee experience journey is treated as equally important as the customer experience journey. I am a cheerful and optimistic person. I believe a happy soul is the best shield against a cruel world. As the saying goes, "Happy teams make happy customers!". As a Laughter Yoga Leader, it is my goal to create a happy and friendly work environment around me. So don't be surprised if you see me smiling so much at work. Hahahahahaha!!! I have become a Certified Career Service Provider and Global Career Service Provider since December 2022 and August 2023 respectively. I always aspire to dedicate myself to helping others facilitate their careers because while making a living, we are actually making a life too.
