About me: After my 22+ year career journey in the IT industry, I started my current role at AppDynamics in May 2020 as the Regional Vice President for Sales in Central and Eastern Europe. In this region, which includes 30 countries from Germany to Russia, I am responsible to lead and develop a high performing sales team, expanding our partnerships externally as well as within the Cisco Corporation, increase our sales, and growing our client base. I am an experienced, senior sales executive & business leader who facilitates the creation and adoption of strategies, fosters organizational alignment, drives healthy revenue, manages operational execution & excellence in order to achieve critical business objectives and ambitious sales targets. My success is based on my passion for people and to provide value for my customers. I love to build genuine connections with people at all levels - within the Company I work for and with the customers I do business with. It is key for me to lead by example and to create an inspiring environment that fosters a courageous, diverse culture and represents a value system that is based on respect, trust and integrity.
