Recently as CMO and Marketing P&L owner at Propeller Health (a ResMed company), he repositioned the brand as a leader in precision digital health and therapeutics, commercialized connected medical devices with software and services, partnered with health systems, payers and pharma clients to launch and scale omni-channel patient/provider programs, and advocated adoption across the ecosystem. Previously, VJ was CMO at Mercer Health (1.2B), where he accelerated the rollout of digital products and experiences as well as go-to-market for employers and digital health partners. At hCentive (2X Inc 500, 35M to 55M in 18 months), he helped pivot from software services and expand in healthcare by repositioning the brand, launching SaaS marketplaces, and standing up product & digital marketing and revenue operations. At Infosys Public Services (75M to 225M in 3 years), VJ led the subsidiary’s entry and growth in health and public sector with a unified and distinct brand, new digital solutions and SaaS platforms, and alliance/channel partnerships. VJ has created pioneering digital products and experiences in healthcare, life sciences, public sector, and manufacturing industries. He has won awards for brand management, marketing management, market insights, technology innovation, AX100 CX Leader (Constellation Research) and Top 50 Marketer (OnConferences). VJ is a frequent speaker at health and marketing forums on consumerization, digital transformation, AI and technology-led innovation.
