Implementation of a management and automation system for tax bookkeeping (RPA) - reducing divergences and increasing speed in the execution of activities. Review of the tax burden with a focus on Pricing - ensuring correct application of the tax burden in the prices charged, providing efficiency and profitability in the business margin. Tax credit recovery project related to the exclusion of ICMS from the PIS and COFINS base on billings - appropriation a credit of R 2 million. Conduction of 46 projects focused on ERP Protheus, acting on updates, corrections and automations to improve and speed up the daily fiscal activities.
