I quickly learned that the answers for improving a process shouldn’t come from an office but rather the people or “the gemba”. It brings me joy when people see their efforts making a positive impact throughout the business. Having experience both on the floor and in the front office makes it easier for me understand and unite common interest throughout an organization. Being a big believer in teamwork and strong leadership I have seen the possibilities of what happens when a whole organization is aligned towards a common goal and what it can achieve. Attitude is greater than aptitude has always been my opinion. Throughout my years I have always put a positive attitude first and have seen great dividends because of it.
