Vincent also takes the lead on general animal welfare work and is involved in partnership management in implementing the rural livelihood interventions through use of sustainable livestock resources by supporting partner organizations with project development and implementation through the capacity building and building and strengthening livestock health delivery systems while being alive to the dangers and the effects posed by rampant use of antimicrobials in both humans, livestock and plants. Vincent is passionate about nature, wildlife and nature in general and would go to great lengths to protect and conserve it through engagement with such like-minded individuals and organisations. Vincent says that the best part of his job is the satisfaction of seeing his interventions bring lasting change to the lives of the people and their livestock while reducing the suffering of animals.
