A global centre of excellence in Asian leadership, HCLI is a subsidiary of Temasek Management Services, operated with the support of the Singapore Ministry of Manpower and the Singapore Economic Development Board. Vincent works closely with senior HR leaders from Information & Technology, logistics, pharmaceutical, semiconductor and medical technology industries to support the talent and leadership strategy of their organisations by advising learning and development solutions for their senior management. He also curates and delivers executive development programmes for Chinese companies including Alibaba and Tencent. Apart from that, Vincent also works with stakeholders from the government, industry associations and businesses to run customised leadership programmes for some of the high-growth industries of Singapore. As the Country Lead for China, Vincent oversees the relationship with clients, partners and suppliers from China. Prior to HCLI, Vincent was with Contact Singapore – a Singapore government initiative to attract global talent to work and live in Singapore. Based in Shanghai, Vincent develops and delivers national employer branding strategy for Singapore, forges partnerships with local stakeholders from public and private sector, and advises major industry players in Singapore on overseas talent acquisition strategy for China. Vincent holds a Bachelor degree in English Language and Literature from Shanghai International Studies University, and an MBA from the Singapore Management University. Vincent is an enthusiastic photographer, a video editor, a cook and a full marathon finisher.
