I have worked in many different corners of analog IC design, and would be deployable in those fields, but my interests go beyond that area, so working in other fields like optics, main electronics, software are even preferred, if a short adjustment period is acceptable. The key issues I always try to find in a job are high quality, creative solutions, being proud on a finished product. Summary: 30+ years experience in CMOS design, first as analog design engineer for several analog building blocks, followed by the set up of the unique 'Midas' analog design automation project, resulting in a new fast design flow for the IC-Lab. After finishing the first release taken up the responsibility of Philips first digital hearing aid project (HIDASP), full custom one chip application with on board DSP, CODEC, amplifiers, bandgaps, oscillators, with only 8 external components. After second generation of HIDASP switched to a management position in an embedded memory design department. Involved in Flash, EEPROM and SRAM projects, both in design and test areas. After that working as freelance analog CMOS designer for AMS-IP (NXP), working on analog building blocks and testchips in several process nodes with special attention to low power aspects, ReUsability and ROD (modularity). Last years assigned as Project Lead for validation vehicles to enable silicon validation of all building blocks of our department. This involved integration, design, layout and verification of these testchips. The VV's should make it possible to measure all datasheet parameters of all IP integrated.
