(Patent search & Competitor Technology Assessment) • Conceptual design; validating design by Stress calculation using MathCAD. • Conducting various design reviews. • Feeding right data for FE analysis; Analysis result interpretation & design improvisation based on the FEA. • Modelling, Detail Design using GD&T, Creating Bill of Materials and Tolerance Stack-up. • Choosing material, Coating, NDT & Hardness/Surface finish requirements etc. • Developing test fixtures and dummy product for qualification testing of the main product. • Authoring Technical documents like Test Procedures and Maintenance Manuals. • Identifying the testing requirements & supporting test technicians during Testing. • Strong skills in the field of application of CAD software CATIA V5, UG NX, SolidWorks, AutoCAD and Pro-E. • Exposed to Root Cause Analysis, DFSS, TRIZ, Agile WoW.
