Victor Taubald Morelli Email & Phone Number | I work in the Business Development department at an Investor Relations and Compliance software provider company EQS Group AG. My main activities I learned a lot about XML programming and the compliance department of a company. I also greatly contributed helping to launch and manage a new Compliance product called Legal Entity Identifier. In this area I was able to get acquainted with the steps of placing a new product in the market. Before the product was launched, my tasks were mainly searching for keywords for Google Ads, translating the website directly in the HTML coding and creating email templates in Spanish and Portuguese. I also did a great part contacting local governments to understand how were the Business regulations. After we launched the product, my tasks were mainly helping with the orders in the website and customer support by email and phone from countries all around the world. It has always been one of my greatest desires to learn closely about the way business is done in this environment: how decisions are taken, what stands behind them and all the work involved in the analysis beforehand. I already have some experience with placing a product in a new market, I can translate and communicate with customers in four different languages fluently. Also, my experience at managing a website and customer care showed me how to deal with people and easily solve different problems.
