Victor joined Aon’s National Casualty Practice in January 2022. Prior to that he had over ten years of casualty experience concentrating on large loss sensitive risk management programs. Prior to Aon, Victor spent ten years with Chubb Group where he was part of the Large Casualty underwriting team in Dallas, Texas. While at Chubb his focus was to underwrite, service, and manage a portfolio of large national accounts, specializing in domestic Workers Compensation, General Liability, and Auto Liability coverage.
