Vicki Aardema Email & Phone Number | I have worked in the Defense Industry for over 30 years. I work in the Office of the Director of Operational Test and Evaluation for the Secretary of Defense. I manage the test and evaluation agreements for OSD, the Services, and our international partners. Until recently,I supported the U.S. Air Force in the International Affairs Office. I was the Desk Officer for Canada, Denmark, Germany, Korea, Norway, and the C-130J Joint Users Group (JUG) in the Air and Cyber Cooperation Branch for the International Armaments Cooperation Division, Office of the Undersecretary of the Air Force, International Affairs, Headquarters US Air Force, Washington DC. In this capacity, I coordinated armament cooperative agreements with between the Air Force scientists and engineers and my partner nations. As part of the JUG, I was the U.S. advisor to the Business Management Working Group helping develop project agreements for upgrades to the C-130J. I was the co-President of the West Potomac High School's Wolverine Athletic Booster Club for 5 years. In this role, I led monthly booster meetings, helped organize and run fundraisers, and worked with the School's Director of Student Activities Office to make improvements to the school and it's athletic facilities. Before working for the Air Force, I supported the Missile Defense Agency (MDA), where I was the coordinator for the Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) Multinational Conference (MNC) and the BMD National Conference working closely with the appointed board of Government and AIAA planners to help define complete and executable schedules for administering all conference needs. I also worked as a Joint Staff Liaison for the Warfighters Directorate where I helped coordinate Warfighter requirements with the Agency. I was also part of MDA’s Targets and Countermeasures (TC) Directorate, where I collaborated staff actions to provide necessary products in the form of briefings, written summaries, or formatted data reports.
