Create Trunk plan for all new launches for the UMTS Carrier launches, LTE and any Rehoming of sites between switches. Implementing those plans so capacity will be available after launches. I am also responsible for all routing of calls through the KY Wireless network. Performing monthly audits and maintaining a low error and high efficiency rate for the routing for the KY market. Corabating to maintain E911 compliance by providing interconnections to PHASE 1/2 to Routers/IP-Gateways to E911 PSAPs. Received LTE Bronze Certification and continue with knowlegde based education for having an IP based infrastructure. I have completed Six Sigma White and Yellow belts. I have also been working with the Processes and Methods team to Test, Implement and analysis the new CANOPI Work Order System that we are moving to from Granite Works. This entails participating on calls, creating and following the progress of orders based on new templates that are to be released to production. Identify any new enhancements and/or defects with the system. Support the team of my peers with any issues they may run into and be available for any questions
