Away Team Ambassadors (ATA) are recognized leaders and exemplary individuals of the Amazonian culture, and their objective is to transfer knowledge and provide support for tools, policies and procedures; so that the site leadership and associates at the location are able to help customers and deliver the same excellent customer experience that has made Amazon #1 in customer satisfaction throughout the years. I have recently been awarded the opportunity to be part Amazon's Leaders as Teacher program, whereby successful nominated business leaders from Customer Service sites are trained to deliver various leadership training and development workshops. This is an opportunity to build the leaders of the future. Leaders as Teachers is an important part of the Amazon Culture because through this program the Global Customer Service Learning & Talent Development Team (CS L&TD) can ensure that the core programs are trained timeously, and that I can provide relevant and site specific examples, and can relate to the everyday issues that the participants face.
