Area of expertise • Design, development and testing/evaluation of new as well as conventional concrete composites. • Development of concrete products with enhanced durability properties against corrosion of steel, sulphate attack and other aggressive environment. • Development of building materials from different kinds of soils and industrial by-products. • Design of concrete mixtures for special requirements like HPC, HSC, SCC, FRC, GPC and Pumpable concrete. • Assessment of distress in RCC buildings through in-situ testing, evaluation and suggestion for repair /retrofitting. • R& D expertise in new constructional materials like High Performance/High strength concrete and Geo-polymer concrete.
