In addition to my legal practice, I serve as an Independent Director and Chair of the Supervisory Board at PJSC "Ukrhydroenergo," a state-owned hydroprocessing enterprise. Ukrhydroenergo is Ukraine's largest company of its kind, operating ten energy-generating stations on the Dnipro and Dniester rivers, and producing over 7000 million kWh of green energy annually, reinforcing my commitment to Corporate Governance. Admitted to the Ukrainian National Bar in 2012 and the Berlin Bar (Germany) in 2015 as an "Advokat aus der Ukraine," my practice primarily focuses on Ukrainian Law, International Public Law, and Comparative Law, excluding German Law. Together with my business partner Sergiy Oberkovych, I'm proud to lead an exceptional team at GOLAW, providing robust legal support to our clients.
