I believe service doesn’t end once there’s been an implementation, and I can continue to offer a level of support past the RFP date. Attention to detail, great planning, and an analytical approach are essential to the way I work. Being very problem focused I find it difficult to leave something without finding a practical solution as quickly as possible. The things I enjoy most about working at HP are its customer focus and team working environment, which always gets the best out of everyone, and of course HP’s pioneering technologies and solutions.
