Net-based Application Support, IIS, worker process thread, and Web config. • Setting up the monitoring for the client’s production servers. • Assist in setting up the support process for the L1 Support team. • Manage runbook process and documentation as per Client/another team request. • Troubleshoot performance issues and Problem Management Solutions. • Monthly status report/open house calls with the Client to identify areas to improve services. • Experience in Incident/Problem/Change/Alert analysis. • Handle customer escalations. • Maintain ownership of issues/escalations until resolution, drive other teams as needed. • Identify improvement opportunities and drive process change appropriately. • Handle support-related projects as prescribed by the management.
