Legal entity customer due diligence is also an area of strength and interest to me, as is how the bank employs specific risk-based approaches to handling high risk customers for which the bank chooses to exceed the minimum regulatory requirements. The manner in which a bank defines legal entity customers by type and determines distinct documentary requirements is another area in which I have deep, useful knowledge. Now in my 14th year of professional work, I have had the great fortune of working exclusively for two Fortune 100 companies. From 2005 to 2016, with Publix Super Markets, Inc., I quickly ascended into management and gained an early understanding of the USA PATRIOT Act and BSA due to the money services Publix provided. I gained valuable hand-on front-line experience with money service compliance and saw many examples of fraudulent and potentially fraudulent activity. In this role I managed up to 50 direct reports.
