Testify as a designated corporate witness in deposition and trials. Responsible for evaluating cases and applying a risk management strategy and resolution plans for successful resolution of claims while accountable for understanding the risks associated with defending a case at trial knowing there is no cap on FELA damage recovery. Monitor and assist employees with on duty injuries to ensure all appropriate medical and rehabilitative resources are used to expedite their recovery and return to work.
