I became the chair of the Global MMOG/LE Committee in 2010, which provided the opportunity to collaborate with global leaders at multiple OEMs, supplier organizations, automotive associations, and government. This committee is responsible for regularly reviewing current trends, detecting deficiencies, identifying SCM best practices, and seeking opportunities to improve SCM processes and manage risk. With a bachelor's degree in IT, I have been able to leverage my IT skills, working cross-functionally at all levels within organizations, contributing to a full range of SCM related IT initiatives that support organizational business strategies and objectives, resulting in millions of dollars of savings. My contributions have included the development of solutions such as databases, dashboards, business intelligence (BI) applications, and SharePoint sites to improve workload efficiency and data analytics. I've also served as the product owner for several IT projects using both predictive and adaptive (Agile) approaches. In 2020, I launched my own consulting business, BASICS (Business Assessments & Systems Integration Consulting Services). BASICS is the authorized help desk support for MMOG/LE for the North American market.
