Currently I supervise our firm’s activities focused on offering services with respect to the protection of IP rights and competition policy, including obtaining IP rights as well as arbitration and litigation of IP matters & infringement of rights and handling of matters at the Competition Board (mergers and acquisitions, licensing and franchising). In the early years of my career I worked at the Prime Ministry State Planning Organization. Represented SPO on various standing committees at the OECD, and at the Managing Boards of a number of projects implemented in Turkey under the UNDP, took part in the development of the national technology transfer policies. As part of the duties attended the sessions at the Parliamentary Committees, at the Ministerial Council and at the High Planning Council during discussions of the Development Plans, Annual Plans and various laws and policy issues.
