I have been at the core of the rejuvenation of the Global Customer Command Center team for the last 3 years. I excel in the ability to articulate communicated executive goals and garner buy in from the 3 geographically dispersed Daily Operations Managers and teams and translate those goals into day to day operations providing a unified direction and intent that is essential for team success. Over the last 3 years we have implemented process and efficiency improvements that improved our incident identification time by 17%, our secondary escalation time by 35% and our ability to meet this escalation OLA by 15% YoY. I actually love to work, and the challenges of process optimization and problem solving in a large, global multi faceted team, is a passion of mine. Through the whole life cycle of process improvement from identification of inefficiencies via gap analysis, to implementation and then stress testing those improvements to ensure proper implementation, I have a history of being able to drive quality change improvements through a team, not just change for the sake of change. Many of the projects and improvements in the GC3, I have been integral in developing, includes our current Business Continuity Process and our entire Tableau reporting suite. Some of my other projects require me to work with other teams to implement, such as improving our data sources. Previously a high labor intensive daily refresh of data using excel to a SQL instance that requires zero daily intervention or validation. This saved our team in excess of 15 hrs weekly, previously devoted to daily refresh and validation of data. I excel at working behind the scenes, but I am also very comfortable working with executive leadership in providing a KPI suite that enables us to validate the health and improvements of our teams and processes while giving them the data required to make the tough decisions.
