Tristan Dorsey Email & Phone Number | Graduating with a degree in Music and jumping head first into management in a retail environment allowed me to hone my natural leadership skills, creativity, and critical thinking abilities in order to quickly adapt to the new setting and an environment that was very different to what I was accustomed. I took these skills with me to peruse a career in marketing with Renewal by Andersen. With Renewal by Andersen of Southwest Missouri, I have had the opportunity to establish, grow, and lead the team through hiring and training, management, and now booking events. As our teams have grown, I was promoted to help lead multiple markets as our Regional Event Coordinator for St. Louis, Memphis, and Southwest Missouri, a position that did not previously exist. In this roll I have been able to continue to further develop my ability to communicate effectively, organizational skills, time management, ability to adapt to ever changing circumstances, and to lead a team that is remote and some distance away. We faced unexpected obstacles through the pandemic. It became necessary to create and implement new procedures and policies faster than ever. I continue to learn how to be a better leader every day and how to better drive for results while maintaining a healthy relationship with both the team members, leadership, and communities in all of the markets. I am glad to work for a company that celebrates my successes yet continues to push me to do better.
