Apart from this Handling the service desk escalations and Customer complaints and addressing the issues reported by the customer about the service quality, intimating teams and resolver groups about the issues that require immediate attention have also been included in my job role. I have also been Involved in Training new hires for the process. Colleagues Know me as a highly enthusiastic worker and I am also known for the effective team work in my team. I have an MBA in Marketing degree from West Bengal University of Technology. I am currently trying to pursue new opportunities in the field of Business Operations and Project management.
