I am pursuing a major in Business Management. Last summer I started a Veteran Affairs work study designed to help incoming veterans adjust to the civilian lifestyle. I was tasked with the Budget Manager position, where I was directly able to plan, and coordinate veteran funded events throughout the academic year. Throughout this opportunity I was able to network with current alumni, and see first hand the hard work and dedication it takes to operate a budget. In my free time I enjoy volunteering for local events and traveling with friends and family. Military Veterans University of New Haven (MVUNH) is a student veteran club that I am devoted to at University of New Haven. It is a club where and student veteran can join and we plan fundraisers with current university clubs and athletic departments. It is truly one of my favorite things about UNH and has positively added to my college experience thus far; being a committee member for such a special group of men and women who served our country has been a life changing experience. At the end of the day I aspire to be happiest, the most successful and the best version of myself.
