A major achievement whilst with Thomson Ford was the improvement in the companies standing from 7th to 3rd through the implementation of floor traffic control systems, daily controls and increased gross per unit sold by 30%. I have very strong understanding of the objectives, processes and actions required to be successful at the dealership – fleet and retail, manufacturer, Rental Company, fleet management organisation and customer level. Being one of six NSW chapter members with AfMA (Australasian Fleet Management Association) has allowed face to face interaction with fleet customers, giving greater insights into their needs and wants. Toyota Fleet Management (TFM) is arguably the largest fleet management organisation in Australia boasting over 90,000 vehicles in their fleet of managed and leased vehicles. TFM differentiates itself in the market as being the only manufacture backed leasing company that works in tandem with their dealerships and does not have a select band of dealers working with them.
