Trevor turned the school around within 9 months of joining through his use of 'intelligent discipline', organisational capacity and the implementation of the psychologist, Bloom's, theory of taxonomy to foster learning and achievement. Trevor describes this experience in 'We don't need no education' and this in turn has led to thousands of teachers and schools embarking on his 'outstanding teacher diploma' delivered through his organisation Education 101. The Diploma has a 91% success rate in moving teachers on an Ofsted grade within a school term. The success has led Academy Trusts, Local Authorities and schools to contract with the Coaching programme. Trevor's commitment to coaching convinces him that this is the key success tool in school transformation. Over 4,500 teachers have taken up the opportunity with the organisation. Governments have yet to realise the power of this strategy but in time they will.
